For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Amplify Life Insurance Company include www.beamplify.com and Amplify. The Amplify website is a life insurance brokerage site. By using the Amplify website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

In order to better provide you with products and services offered on our Site, Amplify may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:
